AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED
ZONING DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A
PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
HUMANE SOCIETY OF PULASKI COUNTY
REVISED LONG -FORM PD -C (Z- 6165 -A) LOCATED
AT 14,600 COLONEL GLENN ROAD, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following described property be
changed from PD -C to Revised PD -C:
A part of the East'/2 NW 1/4 of Section 19, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas; more particularly described as beginning at the NE
corner of the NE '/4 NW 1/4 of Section 19; thence along the East line of said
East' /2 NW '/4 S00 °06'00 "W 1,289.01 feet to the point of beginning;
thence S00 °06'00 "W 310.74 feet to the centerline of Colonel Glenn Road;
thence leaving said East line along said centerline to a point N70°20'37 "W
188.69 feet; thence to a point N71 °34'26 "W 113.16 feet; thence to a point
N70°45'48 "W 158.52 feet; thence to a point N67°21' l 8 "W 64.26 feet;
thence to a point N66 °44' 58"W 50.80 feet; thence to a point
N65 009'30 "W 37.88 feet; thence to a point N63°24'45"W 19.66 feet;
thence leaving said centerline N33 °34'54 "E 142.46 feet; thence
S79PI8'007E 12.14 feet; thence N05 °51' l8 "E 41.83 feet; thence

more or less, subject to all roadways, easements and reservations that are
of record or physically in place.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as
recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for the
Humane Society of Pulaski County Revised (Long-Form PD-C) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII,
Section 36- 454(e) of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district neap be and it is hereby
amended to the extent and in the respects necessmy to affect and desigpade the change
provided for in Section I hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until
the final approval of the plan.
SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item,
sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions
of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance.
SECTION 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,
that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the
extent of such inconsistency.
