Subject: 1904 and 1922 South Battery Variance Application
Mr. Thrower,
I’ve been informed by Ms. Amanda Watkins that the application documentation has been hand
delivered to you, today for the Board of Adjustment hearing on September 16, 2021 - seeking a
variance to allow a taller fence to span the frontage of 1904 and 1922 South Battery. I’m told
also, that you’re to followup with Ms. Watkins to confirm the fee assessment. Once confirmed, it
is my understanding that Ms. Watkins will also hand deliver a check and pick up the hearing
notice sign for posting on the site. Upon review of the submitted documentation, please inform
us of any questions or comments.
