Development staff has not received hearing the hearing exhibits regarding next week’s Board of
Adjustment meeting. The deadline to submit the exhibits was September 6, 2021.
Please submit the hearing exhibits no later than Monday, September 13, 2021 or the application may be
deferred to the October meeting.
Please forward the following hearing exhibits:
1. Notice forwarded to land owners
2. Ownership search from abstract company
3. Small green and white certified mail receipts – filled out with addressee per the ownership
search
