Dear Members of the Board of Adjustment:
I am writing this letter in regards to my application for a building variance at 4944
E. Crestwood ❑r. The intention is to build an "open air pavilion" (assesory building)
in the rear of the lot as seen attached. The proposed pavilion wou[d be 596sf and
false under the rear setback calculation for this lot of 618sF The structure would
encroach on the the 40" outbuilding line by 9' to the south. The structure would not
encroach any side side setbacks. In addition this sits in the middle of a double lot
(lot 25 and lot 24R) providing more buffer from neighboring properties. The
structure will fit with the character of the neighborhood and increase overall
property values.
