See Bill of Assurance attached. It expired in 1954. Below are my calculations for the rear yard set back which should fall
under the correct requirements:
Rear property line 82.43' + front property line 146.02= 228.45' / 2 = 114.23 x 25 = 2,855.63 x .30 = 856.69sf
Assessors building = 595sf
