Torrence, I’m trying to find out what letter from the city, if any, I am supposed to send to the businesses
that are within 200’ of the property I am attempting to get a variance for. I’ve turned in all my
application and paid the fees several weeks ago. I posted my sign on the front of the property at that
time. I got with my abstract company and got all the names and addresses of those I need to send a
certified letter to and now am ready to send the letters out. Just need to know what I put in the letters?
