The renderings look great. I echo your suggestion providing a cover letter or letter of some sort since the
scope has changed regarding recommendations from the Board during the July meeting. The renderings
will be officially placed in your file along with the letter to be submitted to the Board during the August
meeting.
Other than that, your presence is required.

What do I need to do for the Board meeting on August 19th?
I’ve included with this email a few renderings of what we are proposing to do at 1700 Beechwood to
alleviate the concerns of Mrs. Walton’s neighbor to her south, Dr. Winston Brown.
We are proposing to build a metal trellis between her columns and train vines onto the trellis to help
screen her Porch from her neighbor.
Do I need to submit this formally? With an attached letter?
