Mr. Parham,
As a reminder, the notices for your item on August 19th BOA agenda have to postmarked no
later than today to satisfy the 10 day notification requirement. The previous ownership search
may be used, however the date reflected on the notice shall be for August 19, 2021. I do not
have an email for the applicant Mr. Ellis. Please forward him on this email. Thanks.
Provide the following exhibits to Development staff no later than Friday, August 13, 2021:
1. Ownership search by abstract company
2. Hearing notice forwarded to residents within 200 feet
3. Small green, completed certified mail receipts
