For R2 properties side yard setbacks are required to be 10% of the width/ depth of the lot not to exceed 8-feet. The requirement would be 8- feet for both setbacks. Tracy and Torrence, Can you tell me what the northwest (570.09') and northeast (247.59') building setback would be on this property? I see the 15' building line at the north end of the lot. Disregard the red-lined building footprint. There is not a building structure on this lot currently. Thanks.
