Dear Board Members:
My neighbor, Ellis Walton, and I have reached an agreement that
addresses my concerns about her proposed back porch extension.
I am enclosing Ms. Walton’s statement of August 3,2021, which notes her
contribution toward revised landscaping along my privacy fence that is
acceptable to me.
I will no longer oppose her request for a zoning variance as per the Case
Z-9590.
I am on vacation and will attend the August 19th meeting virtually to
address any questions you may have.
