Correct, you have submitted the application and on the docket for the July meeting. I believe we are discussing the notice of public hearing. Notices for the July meeting must be postmarked no later than July 5, 2021. I believe that day will be observed for the 4th of July holiday – post offices may be closed. At this time Planning staff has not been provided the meeting place for the July hearing. Staff will follow up with July applicants regarding the location asap. Go ahead and obtain the search from the title company, if you prefer, and wait until you hear from me regarding the location. Im just trying to figure out do I mail each one of the people on my title company’s 200’ ownership search or does the company or is there someone else that does this? Thanks From: Thrower, Torrence <tthrower@littlerock.gov> Sent: Wednesday, June 9, 2021 10:01 AM To: Wilson, Philip <PWilson@bokf.com> Subject: RE: BOA Variance on Pierce [External Email] Any attachments or links should be opened with caution. Mr. Wilson, The applicant may conduct the ownership search for Board of Adjustment applications for Single-family and Two-family (duplex) dwelling units. Staff recommends using the list provided by a title company, the list provided by them is the most accurate search and if they miss one (errors and omissions) the onus is on them, not you. If the applicant does the search and omits anyone the application will be deferred and the owners will have to be notified again. Planning staff will need the following exhibits: 1. A copy of the notice. 2. A copy of the 200’ ownership search. 3. Copies of the small green certified mail receipts indicating a postmark date 10 days prior to the meeting. OR the petition included on the notice signed by each owner within 200’ of your property if you conduct the search and go door to door for signatures. Also provided is a link to the 2021 Board of Adjustment Calendar…. 2021-boa-calendar-approved- 111920.pdf (littlerock.gov) The next filing deadline is June 22, 2021 for the August 19, 2021 meeting.
