LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Lot 3 and part of Lot 2, more particularly described as beginning, at the Northeast corner of Lot 3; run
thence Southeasterly parallel to the South line of said Lot 2 to the East line of said Lot 2; thence in a
Southeasterly direction to the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence in a Westerly direction along the
South line of said lot to the Southeast corner of said Lot 3; thence North 27 degrees 36 minutes East a
distance of 84 feet to the point of beginning, all being in Lenon Place, now in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, a subdivision of part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, as per plat now appearing in Pulaski County Plat Record
Book 3 at Page 73 thereof, together with easement along and a right of way over all driveways as now
