Good morning all!
Passing along information regarding Goodwin Manor (3708 Garrison Rd, Little Rock, AR, 72223) and
continued events. There are two wedding events scheduled this weekend. This is the second weekend in
a row with two weddings. This is also a holiday weekend. Their “plan” they are so proud of has stated
they do not have more than one wedding per weekend and never on a holiday. Well, this weekend goes
against both statements of their own plan. I will attach proof from wedding sites that verify the wedding
parties, dates, time and place of the weddings. Again, I ask the city to please follow up on these code
violations as these people will not stop. It appears they think the rules do not apply to them and what
they do does not affect others. Well, what they do, does affect others and they are not above the rules.
Please follow up and enforce the rules/codes.
