to commercial property.
I own 14 acres of property in the Goodwin Manor, and no houses are on the

Goodwin Manor is a residential development for houses, not a Commercial
Party Venue! The Goodwin's violate our POA rules (which Commercial activity
is illegal) plus the noise, traffic danger, health & safety, property values, and
other city and POA violations.
