Board of Adjustment Members,
Please deny the application the Goodwins for a Home Occupation Variance, and Hardship
Variance. File number Z9500-B on May 20th, 2021. I live on Reynolds Mountain, and have
first hand knowledge of the type of business they are operating from their home. I read the
qualifications for these variances, and they in NO way fit into either of these categories. They
live in a private gated community, in a 1600 sq. ft. mansion. How in the world can they claim
hardship!
