I, Bobby Wilkerson, oppose the Goodwin’s re-zoning their
residential property to commercial property.
I own property in the Goodwin Manor.
This is a residential development for houses not a Commercial
Party Venue! The Goodwin's are in violation of our POA rules
(which Commercial activity is illegal) plus the noise, traffic danger,
health & safety, property values, and other city and POA
violations.
