To the City Little Rock, Board of Adjustment:
Goodwin Manor/Gary and Andrea Goodwin (Z-9500-A & B) has filed an appeal and variance with your board and
is scheduled to be on your agenda on May 20th, 2021. Please deny these requests. These people have been told NO
many times and they keep on having events. The city has told them no, a judge has told them no twice and the city
planning commission office has told them no again and they are appealing to your board now. Please tell them
no! They have too big of events in a residential neighborhood to be safe. If they ever get anything passed that looks
like a commercial place it will start a big push for others to start trying to get commercial places started in a
residential area. I do not want commercial places near my home. I want my peace and quiet low traffic. I want to
keep my home value, safety and water resources (we are all on well water, including the Goodwin’s). Please deny
the appeal and variance request for Goodwin Manor/Gary and Andrea Goodwin.
