Thanks. I figured as much.
We have contacted our mail carrier who still has the parcel in her possession. We realize this is a
unique situation but will attest, under oath or notary, that we haven't received the notice before today.

Hi Mr. Spann: Please see the highlighted portion of my previous email to you, below. This office does
not receive signatures from recipients; rather, we require proof the material is mailed via certified
mail. Otherwise we must assume USPS delivers these and all mailings in accordance with Postal Service
(federal) requirements.
I hope this helps.

Thank you.
That's interesting as no one was home that day to even be able to sign and we didn't have any
guests/workers.
Can you please send a copy of the signed receipt for me to check the signature? I would be happy to fill
out a form and/or pay fees for the service.
Also, the notice was mailed and received the same day?

Thank you. In that event, We live at 27404 Kanis and directly neighbor the Goodwin Manor property. I
understand they are applying for a variance to zoning and that meeting is to be held next Thursday.
We have not received any notice from the Goodwin's regarding their application. Formal or informal.
I am also in opposition their request and would like to present evidence against the proposal.
Please advise.

Tim,
How much notice to surrounding property owners is required for zoning variance/board of adjustment
applications? 10 days?
Thank you for the prompt response as I understand the board is meeting next week.

Good afternoon Mr. Herndon!
I am interested in a case (Z-9500-B) that is coming up for review before the board of
adjustment on May 20 concerning Goodwin Manor and a home use variance. Could you
please email me copies of or send me a link where I can access ALL the information that has
been submitted to the board adjustment thus far concerning this application. If I need to
show up in person to view these documents please give me a date and time as I can be
available to be there. I would like to request any and all documents including, application,
drawings or layouts of event settings, projected number of event guest/occupants
(indoor/outdoor) and documents/letters or emails supporting event activities at 3708
Garrison Rd, Little Rock, Arkansas 72223-- Goodwin Manor.
Thank you so much for your help!

Good morning Mr. Herndon!
I was wondering if you could update me on the members of the Little Rock Board of
Adjustment. I see two board members were to rotate off 2-19-2021. Have those board
members been replaced? If so, could you please send me a list of current board members
and contact information? There is an upcoming meeting that has subject matter that I
would like to address and want to be sure I am contacting the correct people.
Thank you so much for any information you could provide.
