Good morning!
The link below will take you to a wedding that is set for Sunday, May 23, 2021 5:30-9pm, at Goodwin
Manor at 3708 Garrison Rd, Little Rock, 72223. This is one of 2 weddings scheduled for this weekend.
The other is set for Saturday, 5/22/21, Darby Gain and Kasey Shinnall, listed on Zola.com but no time is
listed for that event. I am sure your office is very familiar with this case (Z-9500-A & B). As a member of
the community in opposition to this event center, this is getting very tiring and frustrating. Andrea
Rogers-Goodwin already has a court date to answer for an active citation for having a wedding back in
April. She has held several events since that date and continues to hold events. Could your office follow
up on these two events this weekend? It is extremely obvious that city code, cease and desist letters,
judge’s orders and citations mean nothing to these people. I plan to keep at it and keep your office
informed of active events at Goodwin Manor that clearly violate Little Rock City code. Please follow up
on these weekend events.
