Debrorah Reynolds 26000 Reynolds Mountain Rd 501-416-9520 called my personal mobile number and
told me there is an event happing at the Goodwin manor.
When I arrived Deborah and Julie Favorite showed me pictures in a binder of all the events. They took
me up to where I took the pictures adjacent to the Goodwin manor property.
Then Deborah took me to meet Juddy Toluene 501-351-1944. Juddy is the property developer and
showed me his property/house to see where the music from events filter down in the valley.
Juddy took me to meet Dr Michael Spann which lives on the road that leads out from the Goodwin
manor. Dr Spann has a trail camera setup and has pictures of all the traffic that leaves from events held
at Goodwin manor. Juddy explain the back gate to the Goodwin manor that’s suppose to be closed at all
times. But it’s always open on event days to let traffic out.
Also the road is just wide enough for one car. Which Juddy told me the fire and ambulance told him it
would be unsafe during event times trying to reach people’s property. Also there has been many wrecks
on the road after events.
Deborah told me the fire Marshall stated there could be max of 125 people in the Goodwin manor
residence which is 16,000 square foot. She stated there has been many events that exceeded that
number.
White furniture van was in the parking lot of parked cars.
My personal opinion there was an event that is happening or will happen later that evening. They had
yard crews out blowing off the property and parking area
Juddy also told me the bill of assurance states no commercial business is allowed on any property.

Deborah called stating the biggest wedding yet.
