Zoning members,
There was a large event or wedding at Goodwin Manor last night 10/24/20. This property
was denied PCD zoning 9/24/20. Their front yard (parking lot) was packed with cars.
We could hear loud music from lot 4 Reynolds Mtn. In my opinion there were at least
one hundred cars or more. I counted 20 cars just on the back two rows, and there is a
lot of yard left to fill. The cars were parked all the way up to the road next to lot 6
Reynolds Mtn. Thank goodness we had rain, because if there was a fire it would have
been a disaster.
