Subject: Notice of Public Hearing
Dear Applicants,
Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing form for the May 20, 2021 Board of
Adjustment hearing. The hearing for said application will be held in the William Grant Still
Ballroom of the Robinson Center, 426 West Markham, Little Rock, AR.
Please follow instructions to notify all owners of lands lying within 200 feet of the boundary of
property line. The notice shall be postmarked no later than May 10, 2021 and proof of notice
submitted to staff no later than May 14, 2021.
Submit the following items to staff no later than May 14, 2021:
1. Copy of the Notice of Public Hearing.
2. List of the property owners provided by an abstract company.
3. Certified mail receipts.
