The residence is owned by Dr. Ray and Wendy Parker. The applicant is requesting this variance due to the insufficient depth of the rear yard to provide meaningful and proportional separation between the main house and the proposed structure. There is an existing privacy fence around the rear yard and additional landscaping is proposed between the proposed structure and the nearest property line. As required, the applicant will notify property owner's within 200' of the subject property and post the provided sign.
