My Name is Val Parker (FKA Valeri S. Pushkarev), I own the property at 6705 Westover Road.
I received a certified letter informing me that my neighbor, Kelly Olson has applied for a
variance. I am her next -door neighbor to the East.
I have seen the architectural drawings that Yeary Lindsey Architects have created for Kelly
Browe Olson and the property at 2217 West Rd. I understand that Ms. Olson has asked for a
variance to build a garage which will result in a reduced yard setback on the side of the house
closest to my property. I have no objection to the addition of the garage.
