WARRANTY DEED

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That, Andriiana Vukovich husband and wife and Zarko Vukovich wife and husband, herein called the
Grantors, in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand
paid by Brandon Baldwin, an unmarried person, Grantee(s), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said Grantee(s) and unto his heirs and
assigns forever, the following described real property lying in the County of Pulaski and the State of
Arkansas to -wit:

SUBJECT TO building lines, easements, mineral reservations and/or conveyances, and restrictions of record, if any.

forever, together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging.
And the Grantor(s) do hereby covenant with the Grantee(s) that they will forever warrant and defend the
title to the above described lands against all claims whatsoever.

consideration recited herein, do hereby release and relinquish unto the Grantee(s) and unto his heirs and
