Mr. Bailey stated he would provide the affidavit this Friday, no later than next Wednesday during closing. Closing was to occur
last week and has been delayed until next week.

Could you contact the following two applicants and provide or obtain the following information.
After reviewing the documents it was determined that an additional zoning variance will be needed to develop the project as
submitted. A wall sign is shown on the south elevation of the building that does not face a street
Section 36-557 (a) Special provisions for on-premises signs and other sale promotion devices., states, “All on-premises wall signs
must face required street frontage…”
This item will be added to the May 20, 2021 variance request (Z-9583) unless instructed otherwise by the applicant.
Please verify approval or denial.
Z-9579 - 4907 Crestwood Dr.
ARCountyData.com indicates that the parcel (33L0290007500) at 4907 Crestwood is vested to Zarko and Andrijana Vukvovitch
Applicant, Brandon Bailey will need to provided proof of ownership of this parcel or a signed affidavit (from Zarko or Andrijana
Vukvovitch)
authorizing Brandon Bailey to act as owners agent before the variance can be placed on the May 20, BOA docket.
This seems a little unusual to me. You may want to talk to Monte before contacting the applicant to make sure this is the
proper procedure.
Please place any correspondence with these applicants in their file folders online.
