Attached is a copy of the seller signed deed and your signed closing statement for proof of ownership.
The deed and mortgage have been sent to the County for recording – since they are submitted for E-Recording it takes a bit before we receive the
uploaded, recorded copy of the docs.
Please let me know what else you need and I will send right over.
