Do me a favor and look at this document again. The top of the document says First Amendment to real
estate purchase agreement. Our attorney prepared it and it states that (although it say Amendment and
not affidavit) that we have the right to seek approvals on behalf of the owner Alltel corporation.
Will that not work of do we have to have the affidavit that the city sent?
