We would like to replace our existing front porch structure with a design that is structurally sound, world allow our property to beller blend with
other houses in our neighborhood, and would also increasing our property value. To accomplish this, we would need to build over the 25' building line.
It is hereby agreed that the required filing fee will be paid immediately after filing and acceptance of this
application, and that the notice to property owners as well as the posting of the sign furnished, will be
accomplished as required.
