Good Morning, Mr. Fuller:
After review of your BOA Sign Variance Application, the following additional information is required:
• Z-7051-A 2400 North Taylor Street
Inform applicant that as a condition of support, Staff will request that the garage be shifted a
minimum of 10-feet to the north to provide a minimum drive depth of 15-feet (for off-street
parking), independent from the V Street right-of-way.
Revise site plan of provide justification for the purposed garage location.
Please provide responses no later than Friday, January 15th.
