Good Morning, Mr. Mehta:
After review of your BOA Sign Variance Application, the following additional information is required:
• Z-6113-B 1401 S Shackleford Road
The survey indicates that the variance request for the existing monument / proposed pylon sign
is not located on the subject property. The sign is to be installed on the applicant’s property or
approval is to be obtained from the adjacent northern property owner stating the location,
style, and design of the sign is acceptable prior to the issuance of a sign permit. Confirm sign
location and provide revised site plan or neighboring property owners approval.
Please provide responses no later than Friday, January 15th.
