RE: Variance request 2909 N. Pierce Little Rock, Arkansas
Dear Mrs. Slade,
On behalf of our client, we are proposing a variance to the Board of Adjustments. This
variance proposes a swimming pool located in the back yard of this property. Said pool will
require a variance because the pool is considered an accessory structure and the footprint
will exceed 30% of the rear building setback. Thank you for your time and consideration.
We are asking to be placed on the agenda for the Board of Adjustments meeting.
