Hi Jonathan. Please resubmit your application with the blanks filled-in. Also update your site plan to
indicate critical dimensions: from pool to house, from pool to deck, from patio/pool deck/etc. to
surrounding property lines. Also clearly distinguish between what’s existing and what’s proposed.
Provide overall dimensions of the structures in the rear yard, and show what is covered (roofed) versus
what’s not.
The upcoming deadline is Oct. 27 for the Dec. 17 Board of Adjustment meeting. Finally, please let me
know when you’ll provide the $105 fee payable to City of Little Rock (includes $100 review fee and $5
sign fee.)
