my house at 501 N Cedar st. He wanted me to contact you about putting together an application for a

Mr. Jacobs,
Thank you for sending in your survey with the proposed addition shown. As drawn, you will comply with
the Hillcrest DOD standards. What you will not comply with, is the required 25’ rear yard setback which
is not addressed under the Hillcrest DOD. It is included in the underlying zoning.
Please reply back to Tim Herndon. He is in our office and will assist you in a Board of Adjustment
application for a rear yard setback variance.
I have noticed that you have not shown any stairs out of the back of the house. Please add those to the
sketch and give us a final dimension from the east property line to the house or steps (whichever is
closest to the east property line).
