understand that Heather and Sarah are requesting an approval from the city to move forward
with a project at their residence at 1712 N Tyler, Little Rock, AR 72207 during the November
2020 Little Rock City Planning Variance meeting. The project consists of them closing their
existing garage for living space and adding a proposed attached garage to the rear of their
home. This project was reviewed with me and I do not object to their proposed expansion.
