Board Members:
We are requesting a variance to add 29'X19' addition to the rear of our home located at 1712 N
Tyler, Little Rock, AR 72207. We are requesting to make this addition to our lot which will
reduce the rear and northside setbacks. We want to renovate the existing garage to use as
living space for our growing family. The proposed new addition will be a attached garage
instead of a detached garage. There will be no accessory structure constructed on our site. We
respectfully request your approval for this variance.
