Hi Tim - I wanted to reach out and let you know I’m working on the requested items we talked about for
the November Variance Meeting regarding 1712 N Tyler project Attached is the plan for the project. I
also want to confirm the project will have 1 story for the proposed 2 car garage and the closure of the
existing garage will only have a kitchenette. I will send the other items as soon as I can. Thanks so much

Hi Christi. As discussed, please provide the following at your very earliest convenience:
1. A survey document depicting existing conditions. The document provided with the applications
shows only the “proposed garage addition.” What is there now? Show and label. Also, what is the 10’ x
13’ structure on the south of the house, and is there another deck or porch attached to the “proposed
garage addition”? It looks like something has been whited-out. Please clarify.
2. Plans and elevations showing the proposed a) renovation plans, including kitchen, b) the
expanded/enlarged garage building, c) building elevations (exterior view of walls looking north, looking
east, and looking south.)
3. Evidence (a letter or testimony from the neighbors indicating they do not object to your proposed
expansion. I’m particularly concerned regarding neighbors to your immediate north, who will be
adjacent to a 100’ long wall, if approved.
4. You have confirmed no additional kitchen is added to the house – merely a “kitchenette.”
5. You have stated the expansion/addition is one story only.
