and tindalyn Toy Bre i tzte his wife, for and in consideration of the sum of

in i;ard paid by Richard Becker, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto the said Richvxdd Becker
and unto hie heirx and assigns forever, the fol-
lowing lands lying in the County of Pulaski, and State or Arkansas, to -wit:
That portion of Lot Six (6), Block Fifty-two (52) of the original City of Little
Rock, bounded ne follows, beginning at the S.W. corner of said lot, running
?forth fifty, (50) feet, thence East ninety-five (95) feet; thence south fifty
(50) feet; thence West ninety-five (95) feet, to point of beginning,
Provided that this nronerty el&All never be Rold to negroes. 41olation of this
provision woLld cause the reversion to grantor and Li? heirs.
Provided poser. -ion to be given November 5, 1933.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Richard Becker
and unto his heirs and assigns forever, with all appurtenances thercunlo belonging.
And we hereby covenant with said Richard Becker
that we will forever worrant and defend the title to said lands against all claims whatever.
And I, Iiadalyn Toy Breitzke
wife of the said Fred 0. Breitzke
for and in consideration of the said sum of money, do hereby release and relinquish unto the said
Richard Becker all my right of dower and homestead in and to the said land&.

to me well known as the grantor in the foregoing deed, an<l stated dial he had executed the same for the con•
sideration and purposes therein mentioned and set forth,
And on the same day also voluntarily appeared before me the said Madalyn Toy Breitzke

wife of the said Fred G . Breitzke to me well known, and in the absence of her said husband

stead in the said deed, for the consideration and purposes therein contained and set forth, without compulsion or undue influence
of her said husband.
