Re: Request for Zoning Variance — Building Setbacks
1809 East Third, Little Rock, AR
Dear Mr. Herndon:
We are herewith submitting a request for a zoning variance for the building setbacks for 1809 East Third
Street. It is currently zoned R-4 and we are requesting a reduction in front and side setbacks as shown
on the attached site plan. The property is 27 feet wide and 150 feet deep and therefore the single
family house that we plan on constructing on this property will require a variance. I have attached the
survey for the lot as well as the additional four lots that owner has purchased. I have also attached an
aerial photograph from 1998 showing a structure built on the property which was identical to the
property we are working on.
