18. Notice: Please be aware that due to the conflict between Federal and State Laws concerning the
cultivation, distribution, manufacture or sale of marijuana, The Company is not able to close or insure
any transaction involving land that is associated with these activities.
19. Oil, gas or mineral interests conveyed, retained, assigned or any activity or damage to the insured land
caused by -the exercise of sub -surface rights or ownership, including but not limited to the right of ingress
and egress for said sub -surface purposes.
20. Loss arising from any judgment liens or other liens of record in any United States District Court or
Bankruptcy Court in the State of Arkansas as of the Effective Date hereof that are not reflected in the
real property records of the County in which the property is located.
21, We do not insure any mobile homes/manufactured homes or liens (recorded or unrecorded) against said
homes that might be on the subject property described on Schedule A herein which is/are specifically
excepted to herein.
22. The exact quantity of land or numbers of acres or square feet contained within the property described
herein is not insured. Any statement of acreage or quantity of land is shown for identification purposes
only.
23. (A) Unpatented mining claims; (B) Reservations or exceptions in patents or in acts authorizing
the issuance thereof; (C) Water rights, claims or title to water, whether or not the matters
