It is currently zoned R-4 and we are requesting a reduction in front, rear and side setbacks as shown on the attached site plan. The property is 32 %Z feet wide and 76 feet deep and therefore the single family house that we plan on constructing bn this property will require a variance. I have attached the survey for the lot as well as the additional four lots that owner has purchased. I have also attached an aerial photograph from 1998 showing a structure built on the property which was identical to the property we are working on.
