Dear City of Little Rock,
I am writing to inform the City of Little Rock of my support of my neighbors Mr. and Mrs. Matthew R.
Kovak at 308 North Plaza Drive and attest that I have no objection to the proposed carport expansion
with roof and new driveway. I am the neighbor who will be directly impacted by the carport as their
carport sits next to my property line. I have met with the Kovaks and the survey company to confirm
that the carport will be three feet from the property line which will allow for any maintenance of the
structure without needing access to my property. In fact, I will be aiding the Kovaks in this project. I am
pleased to be a part of this project as it will bring ascetic appeal to the neighborhood.
