Jamie,
Good morning. I’ve heard there is an issue going on with the home construction at 5205 Kavanaugh.
We did the original plot plan for the house so the builder could pull his permit. We have since gone
back out and located what has been constructed. The updated survey is attached.
The southwest corner of the expansion is 5.4 ft. off the west line and 2.0 ft. off the south line. This is
not where the original plot plan had the house shown. I’m also told the brick has not been laid, so the
setbacks will get smaller by 5 inches.
