From: Herndon, Tim <therndon@littlerock.gov> Sent: Wednesday, September 30, 2020 7:30 AM To: Collins, Gilbert <gcollins@littlerock.gov> Subject: Jamie - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION chuck@terrafirmaconstruction.com tkitchens@bradhendricks.com Mr. Kitchens, Mr. Collins, et al, On September 23, the Planning and Development Office asked Terra Firma Construction to provide an update to your 5205 Kavanaugh site plan revision dated 9-4-2020. We haven’t received a response. The following information is required to fully assess your variance application. No later than October 5th, please provide the following: 1. As soon as possible, mark the two south property corners with lathe and ribbon installed by a licensed surveyor, and have the surveyor contact this office immediately when marked. 2. Dimension the existing walls of the recently built structure (dimensioned/labeled in the same manner that the original structure is dimensioned on the survey.) Depict the exterior walls with dimensions from said walls to the surrounding property lines. (Note: the survey revised 7-28-2020 shows the east wall of the existing structure at 4.5’ from the east property line, which would require a variance; the 9-4-2020 revision depicts the existing rear yard structure 5’ from the east property line, eliminating the need for a variance. The same recently constructed walls were present for both revisions. Accurately dimension these existing conditions.) 3. On the survey revised 9-4-2020, the garage portion of the building is reduced by some amount, to be clarified in the forthcoming revised survey. Please reply: what is intended with the existing foundation/slab? Is the slab to remain, or will it be sawcut, removed and returned to open space? Also, is a second story intended to remain overhead at this specific location? Again, please reply to this request for clarification and please provide a survey, updated/revised specifically per the above, by October 5th, 2020. Thank you. Tim A.
