On behalf of the Little Rock Board of Adjustment, I would like to thank you for your
participation in the Septebmer 3, 2020 _ Board meeting. It is very important to
the City staff and the Board of Adjustment to have citizen input in the planning decision -
making process.
Agenda Item #2 was: approved with conditions.
According to the City's Zoning Ordinance Section 36-70:
"Appeals from the decision of the Board of Adjustment shall be filed with the
appropriate court of jurisdiction. This filing must occur within thirty (30)
calendar days of the action of the Board of Adjustment."
