minerals therein and thereunder, as oil, gas, distillate, con-
densate, salt water and its component parts, and all other hydro-
carbons which do not interfere with the surface use for highway
purposes, lying and being situated in the County of Pulaski
State of Arkansas, to -wit:
All of Lot 10, Block 157,
Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, containing 5070
square feet, more or less.

State Highway Commission and unto its successors and
assigns forever.
And we hereby covenant with the said Arkansas State
Highway Commission that we will forever warrant and defend
the title to said lands and property against the lawful
clams of any and all persons whomsoever.
And Is Katherine Ugner , wife of
_ Robert 11gner , for and in consideration
of said sum of money, do hereby release and relinquish unto
the -said Arkansas State Highway Commission, all my right of
dower and homestead in and to said lands.
