See the attachment for what was posted on-line and approved for your project. Yes, you need a document that reflects what was approved. Has your architect placed the proposed/revised structure on the site plan so a contractor can build it? If so, use that drawing for your permit application. As an alternative, you can use this attached sketch as part of your permit application – I’ve never seen that done before, but as far as I know that will work. In the end, your driveway must be separated from your property line as approved, the distance from Z St. must be as approved, and the distance of the building to the property lines must be as approved. On our approved variance, it states that the driveway has to be 5ft away from the east property line. The way the survey that we submitted with our application is drawn, it is 4 ft.(?) Before we get our building permit, do we need to have the survey redrawn to show that extra foot to move the structure in one foot to follow the guidelines of the variance approval? Thank you, Kristen Saffa
