Fillmore St. Molly, this email pertains to your phoned request for information this morning. This item (Z-9518) is deferred to a later Board of Adjustment hearing date. (Due to Covid-19, the next subsequent published BOA date of July 27 is tentative and highly subject to change .) Attached, please find the proposed architectural plans and site plan for the proposed building at 2721 N. Fillmore. Also, the owner/applicant/resident of 2721 has given permission to email you their phone number and invite you to call with questions: (501)786-0827. Also, the date of the certified mailings past due, necessitating the deferral. The applicant has amended previously submitted drawings by reducing the square footage of their proposal and eliminating the need for three other previously applied-for variances. The proposed building is similar to one somewhat recently constructed directly across Z Street. Nineteen neighboring owners have provided signatures of support of the proposal, and Planning staff has recommended approval. Please feel free to contact me with additional questions or comments.
