Mr. Moore,
Attached are six copies of the drawings, application, affidavit and filing fee for the above
referenced project.
This project contains 1.60 acres and is located at 14,201 Kanis Road, near the southwest
corner of Kanis Road and Kirby Road intersection. The parcel is currently zoned C-1, with
an existing apartment complex located immediately to the west.
The owner has unsuccessfully been able to market the property to a commercial user due to
the odd shape of the property. Therefore, they would like to develop the remaining property
as one apartment building and add it to the existing development. This project will not have
access to Kanis Road, it will be thru the existing gated complex.
Please place this item on the next available Board of Adjustment agenda.
