Arthur Street Little Rock, AR 72207 Dear Monte, Please find attached our submittal to the Little Rock Board of Adjustments requesting a rear yard setback variance for the property at 2322 N. Arthur. Our client plans to demolish an existing rent house and build a new 2 story residence with an attached 2 car garage. The best entry point for the new attached garage is adjacent to an existing alley to the west. For this configuration to work with her traditional floor plan we are requesting a reduced rear yard setback of 3' from the west property line adjacent to the alley.
